Job Summary

Own analytics that turn onchain activity into actionable insights across Stake, Liquid, and Cash. Build dashboards tracking TVL, funnels, vault performance, and cash flows, and analyze onchain data to guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies. Benchmark performance vs competitors, partner with product, engineering, and growth to improve retention and revenue, and prepare protocol-level analysis for investor calls and ecosystem updates.

Key Requirements

•Be self-sufficient with data engineering, building underlying data infrastructure and guiding question-to-insight workflows.
•4+ years experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
•Strong command of SQL, Dune Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Amplitude.
•Experience with onchain data, smart contract analytics, and blockchain query languages (The Graph, Flipside, Dune, etc.).
•Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into decisions, with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
