Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic exploration and ideation for client product portfolio system-level technology innovation.
  • •Roadmap for system technologies and innovations.
  • •Champion system innovation ROI to embed system-level innovation into engineering and business culture.
  • •Drive a continuous innovation process focused on system technologies supporting client product portfolio system solutions.
  • •Deliver data-driven engineering cost/benefit analysis for system innovations through theoretical and empirical methods (e.g. system level modeling, proof of concept experiments).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
  • •Experience leading a small team of system technology subject matter experts.
  • •Strong PC system architecture experience with depth in one or more domains.
  • •Excellent executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • •Ability to deliver data-driven cost/benefit analyses for system innovations (e.g., system-level modeling, proofs of concept).
