Work with the SRE team to deliver user-focused projects while directly owning uptime and system availability across all Tapestry brands. Implement SLOs based on SLAs/SLIs, improve reliability, scalability, and performance, and ensure secure production and pre-production environments. Build monitoring, automation, and processes to reduce toil, champion SRE practices across engineering, and provide subject-matter expertise for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

•Collaborate with the SRE team on projects for users and take direct responsibility for uptime.
•Ensure system availability by implementing SLOs based on SLAs and SLIs to drive reliability, scalability, and performance across Tapestry brands.
•Maintain reliable and secure production and pre-production environments.
•Develop tools, automation, processes, and metrics to maximize reliability, uptime, and availability; reduce toil through automation.
•Implement monitoring solutions to improve system monitoring and alerting, and champion SRE practices across the wider engineering organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (or related field) or foreign equivalent.
•5+ years of experience in the job offered or related position.
•Experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Production Support, including building or maintaining highly available systems at scale.
•Experience with Java, Node, or Python, and deploying/supporting/monitoring service and application stacks.
•Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Blue Triangle, or Quantum Metric, and RUM/synthetic monitoring; experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
