Job Summary

Own the end-to-end APAC commercial performance for Premix in the Solution Unit, integrating regional commercial leadership with operating unit portfolios and profitability ownership. Drive disciplined execution of commercial strategy across pricing, margins, forecasting accuracy, product allocation, and pricing governance. Lead essential product strategy and KPI delivery while acting as key contact for regional/global pricing and key accounts, coordinating cross-market and cross-functional activities and ensuring compliance with commercial policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end commercial performance for Premix, ensuring disciplined execution of commercial strategy and profitability ownership.
•Execute commercial operations improvements across margin, pricing, and rebates to deliver sales, margin and profitability KPIs.
•Own regional rolling forecasts and contribute to demand planning to ensure forecast accuracy.
•Lead product allocation decisions during supply constraints and manage pricing governance and exception approvals to optimize margin.
•Act as regional commercial lead/key account manager for strategic customers, supporting local sales teams and coordinating cross-market cross-functional execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and or equivalent.
•Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial, pricing management, sales or portfolio management in a regional/multinational environment.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting and allocation.
•Proven ability to operate across regional and operating-unit contexts.
•Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and decision-making skills in complex, multi-market environments.
