Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and direction to complete projects on time and on budget.
  • •Serve as a liaison for teams managing design, contractors, commissioning, and end users to support smooth delivery.
  • •Assist with sequencing and coordination of projects with hospital facility staff.
  • •Use platforms and software to support client review/approval workflows, including reviewing plans and documents and giving feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education).
  • •Experience with general contractor contracts in New York City.
  • •Projects experience in active healthcare facilities.
  • •Superintendent or Construction Manager with 8-10 years managing new construction, reconstruction, and renovation plus MEP upgrades.
  • •Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
