Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer support by debugging issues using evaluation boards and/or customer boards.
  • •Conduct on-site support for customer boards as required and respond to inquiries via forums and email.
  • •Collaborate with vendors on evaluation board development and graphical user interface development.
  • •Support new product developments by participating in silicon testing, delivering recommendations/competitive analysis, and reviewing datasheets for accuracy.
  • •Create application notes and deliver training for FAEs and customers, and perform failure analysis of customer return units with bench analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • •4+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Good understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and analog, power and mixed signal circuit fundamentals.
  • •Good knowledge of test and measurement equipment and associated instrumentation.
  • •Preferred: knowledge of software tools like C, C++, Python scripting, and Spotfire; hands-on PCB design experience.
