Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage residential project delivery end to end, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management.
  • •Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define scope, requirements, deliverables, and develop resource plans, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
  • •Coordinate on-site contractor and subcontractor activities through regular inspections, setting expectations, performance metrics, and accountability.
  • •Identify, qualify, and manage contractors and vendors via RFPs, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and enforcing contractual obligations.
  • •Monitor progress versus approved budgets/timelines, address variances with corrective actions and change management, and ensure accurate project documentation governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional project management experience delivering residential projects and/or hotel/hospitality construction and real estate projects.
  • •Proven expertise in contractor and vendor management for large-scale construction project oversight.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and relevant building codes/standards.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, including budget and scheduling/forecasting expertise.
