Key Responsibilities

  • •Create well proposals and Basis of Design, ensuring technical integrity of operations planning and execution.
  • •Provide operations plans/programs and conduct day-to-day surveillance of operations.
  • •Develop Approval for Expenditure (AFE) and manage cost control for operations.
  • •Participate in risk assessment, forecasting, and planning for medium and long term needs; anticipate operational changes.
  • •Manage rig operations activities including HS&E, well planning/construction, resourcing, cost reporting, performance management, materials/logistics, and service company performance compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant Engineering specialization.

  • •Preferred: 10+ years relevant experience in the discipline or in an oil & gas operations environment.
