Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely legal advice and practical recommendations to business stakeholders across the organization.
  • •Support senior management and the CEO on strategic legal matters in coordination with the Legal Manager.
  • •Review, draft, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
  • •Conduct legal assessments of disputes, claims, and litigation matters, and recommend legal strategy and settlement options.
  • •Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, monitor regulatory developments, and maintain legal records and corporate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate legal affairs, or commercial law.
  • •Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • •Good understanding of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly Saudi Labor Law and commercial legislation.
  • •Experience supporting litigation, dispute resolution, or legal investigations.
