Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, monitor regulatory developments, and maintain legal records and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely legal advice and practical recommendations to business stakeholders across the organization.
•Support senior management and the CEO on strategic legal matters in coordination with the Legal Manager.
•Review, draft, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
•Conduct legal assessments of disputes, claims, and litigation matters, and recommend legal strategy and settlement options.
•Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, monitor regulatory developments, and maintain legal records and corporate documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate legal affairs, or commercial law.
•Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
•Good understanding of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly Saudi Labor Law and commercial legislation.
•Experience supporting litigation, dispute resolution, or legal investigations.
