Managerial Traineeship in Manufacturing

This program develops future leaders by placing you on the Łódź Gillette Plant production line where you’ll tackle real manufacturing challenges, participate in hands-on projects, and learn the standards and technologies that drive a global consumer goods leader. Through formal training and day-to-day mentorship, you’ll build leadership and engineering skills over a 12‑month traineeship with the potential for a managerial position upon successful completion.
