Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for Banking Operations data management and report requirements, gathering, analyzing, and sharing data.
  • •Liaise between product and tech teams to communicate requirements, track progress, and ensure timelines are met.
  • •Use a basic understanding of payment gateway products, including features offered to clients.
  • •Manage pricing and special pricing arrangements, including allocation of Terminal IDs (TIDs) and targets for terminal procurement/STB cases.
  • •Contribute to process improvements and automation; own end-to-end internal and banking-partner cost queries and occasionally screen websites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in banking operations within aggregators (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo).
  • •Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • •Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases when needed.
  • •Proven experience with Google Sheets or strong Excel knowledge.
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to build rapport with banking partners.
