Implementation Consultant responsible for onboarding clients, configuring AML and fraud prevention solutions, leading deployment and integration with existing systems, and delivering training and project leadership to ensure rapid go-lives in a B2B environment within a banking/fintech context.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their requirements and business processes, understand risks involved to the customer and Hawk, and conduct needs assessments to determine AML and fraud prevention needs
•Configure and customize our AML and fraud prevention solutions to align with client requirements, and lead the technical deployment ensuring seamless integration with clients’ systems and workflows
•Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients’ teams and build a robust library of training materials to support onboarding
•Plan, coordinate, and manage implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, with detailed documentation for stakeholders
•Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Customer Success to gather feedback, drive improvements, and address project challenges

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation Consulting/Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Product Management, or Customer Success in a B2B environment
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields
•Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is essential
•Ability to structure complex integration challenges and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
