Armourer (Small Arms Maintainer)

Maintain and manage small arms at RAF Brize Norton to keep weapons safe, reliable, and mission-ready. You’ll store, issue, and receive weapons, perform routine inspections and servicing, diagnose and rectify faults, and keep accurate maintenance and storage records. Working in the Serco Armoury team, you’ll ensure armoury activities meet security, safety, and regulatory requirements within a safety-critical defence environment.
