Job Function: Entrepreneurship & Venture Building

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy core systems across our Voice AI platform including agent flows, routing rules, transcription pipelines, compliance logic, and call analytics.
  • •Lead development on our Next.js front-end, FastAPI backend, and Supabase Postgres database.
  • •Architect reliable and high-precision compliance features such as consent checks, quiet-hour enforcement, call ledger events, and audit trails.
  • •Build tools that help customers manage locations, call scripts, commitments, and performance dashboards.
  • •Own production incidents end-to-end, from root-cause to fix.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and deploying AI agents.
  • •Ability to extract the most out of AI coding tools without losing engineering fundamentals.
  • •Experience with Python or TypeScript backend services, ideally including FastAPI or Node.
  • •Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres), SQL, and schema design.
  • •Comfort working across the stack and taking ownership of complex, messy problems.
