Job Summary

Provide Level 1 production support for Treasury and Financial applications such as Summit and Quantum in a banking environment. You’ll monitor overnight batch jobs and start/end-of-day processes, troubleshoot and escalate incidents within SLA, and execute scheduled CRON-based jobs, SQL scripts, and Oracle stored procedures. Support releases, deployments, patching, operational checklists, and incident/problem tracking using JIRA or Remedy while coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.

•Provide Level 1 production support for Summit, Quantum, or Treasury applications.
•Monitor overnight batch jobs and start-of-day/end-of-day processes.
•Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate production incidents within SLA timelines.
•Execute and monitor batch jobs, UNIX shell scripts, SQL scripts, and Oracle stored procedures.
•Support releases, deployments, patch installations, and maintain production support documentation and operational checklists.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting Summit, Quantum, Treasury applications, or similar financial platforms.
•Strong production support and incident management experience with SLA-driven response.
•Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, SQL, and Oracle database.
•Experience with batch monitoring and job scheduling, including CRON jobs and scheduling tools.
•Experience using JIRA, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems.
