Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while providing an excellent customer experience throughout the delivery process. You’ll frequently load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and add detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a safe driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy while meeting the role’s physical and schedule requirements.
