Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving of food
  • •Create varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of residents
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, managing orders and deliveries
  • •Provide ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and help residents feel at home
  • •Cater for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays) as required
