Key Responsibilities

•Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving of food
•Create varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of residents
•Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, managing orders and deliveries
•Provide ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and help residents feel at home
•Cater for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays) as required
