Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as the key day-to-day client interface to deliver value-added cost management services.
  • •Provide line management responsibilities, develop cost managers and team members, and drive performance through guidance, feedback, and reviews.
  • •Develop cost benchmarks and establish robust cost reporting structures and control mechanisms using KPIs and effective governance.
  • •Act as Commission Manager for end-to-end service delivery; manage estimating and cost planning, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, and lead value engineering and life-cycle costing.
  • •Monitor budgets and financial performance, analyze cost drivers and variations, lead commercial negotiations and contract administration, and manage invoicing processes using D-365.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years' experience in cost management.
  • •Broad experience across cost management areas including planning, estimating, pre-contract/post-contract, and final account.
  • •Experience preparing cost management estimates and reports, including advising on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office and modern cost management digital tools; English required and Spanish preferred.
