Project Director, Cost Management - Data Centers

Lead and manage cost management professionals and multidisciplinary project teams for data center commissions. Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, driving value-added cost management delivery through robust planning, cost reporting, and controls. Own end-to-end commission service delivery, oversee estimating and cost plans, and lead value engineering and life-cycle costing. Support financial and risk management, commercial negotiations, invoicing processes using D-365, and contribute to business development initiatives.
