Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build hands-on lab scenarios showcasing Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud.
  • •Own training platform automation and reliability, including provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting environments.
  • •Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for diverse audiences, adapting to audience maturity.
  • •Apply instructional design to create structured learning journeys and author courseware and technical documentation (YAML and Markdown).
  • •Use AI coding/agent clients to accelerate lab creation, scripting, content drafting, and troubleshooting; drive projects from inception to delivery and partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 56,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep hands-on expertise in containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and/or public cloud, with familiarity with cloud-native ecosystem concepts (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP) and DevOps practices.
  • •Fluent coding in 1–2 languages (Bash, Python, Go) and comfort authoring YAML- and Markdown-based content and working with APIs.
  • •3+ years instructing and breaking complex concepts into engaging delivery, with strong technical writing.
  • •Experience building training solutions and delivering them confidently, with both technical craft and communication skills.
  • •Comfort working with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex or similar) and fluent English for global training delivery.
