•Build a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Food, Beverage & Agribusiness opportunities.
•Grow revenue by prospecting for new business and making appropriate referrals.
•Maintain the portfolio by calling on customers to expand existing business and ensure excellent client relations and proper servicing.
•Manage loan and portfolio credit quality, including negotiating credit arrangements and preparing credit memoranda for the loan committee.
•Collaborate with clients to understand business and financial needs and analyze them to qualify for bank products and services; may mentor less experienced associates.

Key Requirements

•Ability to cultivate new commercial relationships and expand/retain existing relationships.
•Curiosity about how companies work and willingness to help them grow and remain successful.
