Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the airport development program as the primary interface with the client, executive stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • •Lead program delivery across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
  • •Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks; serve as single point of accountability for performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
  • •Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators; oversee resource planning and deployment.
  • •Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings, and drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues to achieve operational readiness and project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or airport developments.
  • •Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
  • •Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience, including multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, systems, commissioning, and operational readiness.
