Plant Manager – Packaging

Manage and coordinate plant operations to meet cost, profit, quality, and productivity goals. Lead and coach the production management team, oversee production and shipping schedules across shifts, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Monitor output, yields, scrap, expenses, and P&L against budget, ensure proper inventory coordination, and manage Maintenance Department activities. Ensure compliance with HR policies, federal/state/local regulations, and OSHA safety practices.
