•Create presentations, playbooks, learning guides, demos, and reusable enablement assets.
•Enable employees to build AI assistants, agents, automations, and productivity solutions using approved low-code/no-code platforms.

Key Requirements

•4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Digital Adoption, Change Management, Technology Enablement, Business Consulting, or related areas.
•Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
•Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.
•Understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Automation Concepts, and Responsible AI.
•Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
