Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with developers to create and document business, functional, and technical requirements for DIRP-II applications.
  • •Create QA test cases and execute test plans across development, QA, and user acceptance testing environments.
  • •Participate across SDLC stages including use case development, requirements creation/review, testing support, and deployment preparation.
  • •Maintain and update project documentation such as functional specs, user guides, test plans, and release notes.
  • •Use Jira to create/manage tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support meetings by capturing and distributing minutes as required.
