Collaborate across Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, and Wellness sectors, manage budgets and resources, track KPIs, and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the R&D Development Center and technical team to deliver on innovation and sustainability objectives.
•Develop and execute the R&D roadmap and lead key projects to support business goals.
•Oversee R&D project execution (timelines, budget, and quality) and drive industrialization feasibility and documentation for site handover.
•Manage team metrics/KPIs and ensure adherence to Berry Safety guidelines.
•Mentor and develop team members; prepare and present technical reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology).
•10+ years of R&D experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
•Proven track record leading successful R&D projects and managing high-performing teams.
•Strong knowledge of industrial processes, technology, and qualification principles.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
