Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive CCAR analytical support through comprehensive modeling and analysis for regulatory stress testing and capital planning.
  • •Model strategic sensitivities by leveraging modeling infrastructure to translate business decisions into actionable financial intelligence.
  • •Provide transparency into portfolio risks and opportunities via comparisons of Frontbook/Backbook performance, origination volumes, and outstandings.
  • •Independently prioritize and deliver complex analytical work, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines tied to regulatory and business deadlines.
  • •Serve as a mentor and analytical sounding board for junior analysts, elevating technical capability and continuous learning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing an FP&A function.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Finance, or CFA/CPA qualification.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) and familiarity with emerging AI tooling.
