Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the day-to-day activities of BPO agents, including training, goal setting, monitoring progress, and ensuring project/task completion.
  • •Review and process digital sales files to ensure compliance with deal terms and take action for non-compliant reporting.
  • •Identify and address root causes of issues to drive business process improvements.
  • •Establish and manage relationships with digital service providers to ensure timely, rule-compliant reporting.
  • •Oversee cash application for various income streams and coordinate with internal teams and deal partners to set up and maintain customer/deals in internal SME systems.
