Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve operational and technical issues for client bank accounts and Treasury Services.
  • •Respond to clients within three phone rings and provide same-day status updates.
  • •Input and track operational/technical issues in the Client Service Team tracking system.
  • •Adhere to the “sundown policy” for client responses and help streamline service delivery.
  • •Facilitate bank account opening, serve as primary client contact, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •One year of experience in bank operations or commercial client service.
  • •Understanding of cash management principles and practices.
  • •Ability to develop working relationships with clients/prospects and colleagues.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management and attention to detail.
