Commercial Client Services Professional - Sterling Plaza

Serve as the day-to-day liaison for commercial banking clients, providing technical and operational support for Treasury Services solutions and client bank accounts. Resolve operational and technical issues across multiple internal teams, respond to clients quickly, and maintain accurate tracking of requests in the Client Service tracking system. Facilitate account openings, monitor service and satisfaction, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and support special projects including data mining and analysis.
