Job Summary

Support employee engagement, internal communication, learning & development, and employer branding across Ingredion Pakistan. Lead early talent and employer branding activities (campus drives, job fairs, internships, management trainee program) and develop digital content. Coordinate annual training plans and track participation in e-learning. Use HR dashboards and reports to inform decision-making, and assist with employee engagement programs, HR business partner support, and recruitment/onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead employer branding and early talent programs, including campus drives, job fairs, and internship/management trainee program execution.
•Coordinate annual learning & development plans with vendors and facilitators, monitor e-learning participation, and maintain training records.
•Gather, interpret, and present HR data via dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
•Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., Town Halls, HR Connects, recognition), including survey logistics and action follow-up.
•Support internal communication, HR business partnering processes, and recruitment/onboarding activities including screening and maintaining the hiring tracker.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in engagement, learning & development, or internal communications.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
•Strong data analysis skills for HR reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, dashboards).
