Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate within the cybersecurity team to define and implement an industry-leading cybersecurity service that addresses evolving threats.
  • •Manage governance and reporting, including oversight of information and cybersecurity risks and controls across governance, operation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • •Drive information security risk and remediation, and support secure business transformation and local regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead proactive cybersecurity risk reduction actions and support sustainable improvements to the security risk posture within business risk appetite.
  • •Facilitate change through effective communication, preparation, and implementation with IT and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education in IT (Cybersecurity specialist) and relevant industry qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
  • •Experience engaging with regulatory and compliance matters, including regulatory liaison.
  • •Knowledge of Asia Pacific regulatory requirements and in-depth knowledge of Taiwan regulatory requirements.
  • •Ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex cybersecurity issues with stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels.
  • •Good spoken and written English and Chinese communication, with the ability to adapt style to the audience.
