Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as lead compensation consultant for assigned client groups, providing strategic guidance on compensation programs, policies, and practices.
  • •Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to identify and resolve compensation challenges.
  • •Support executive and senior leader decision-making with data-driven compensation analyses and recommendations.
  • •Consult on compensation topics including job evaluation, FLSA exemption reviews, compensation analyses, and total compensation reviews.
  • •Execute the annual compensation review process and other compensation initiatives (incentive/equity plans, ad hoc analyses, projects, and reporting).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as Masters, MBA, JD, or MD; or 2 years with a PhD).
  • •7+ years of progressive business/HR experience with significant compensation-related responsibilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing methodologies, and incentive design.
  • •Experience supporting engineering and other technology talent populations.
  • •Strong analytical skills with ability to build quantitative models and translate data into actionable recommendations.
