Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the floor and help deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model. Assist across store departments, manage POS-related activities, support merchandising and visual presentation, and ensure stockroom operations run smoothly. Champion a positive team culture, delegate day-to-day tasks, and work with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals while upholding asset protection, inventory control, and compliance standards.
