Lead retail revenue and profitability for Timberland across EMEA by translating brand strategy into consumer-led in-store execution. Own the end-to-end retail commercial plan, retail LRP goals, trading calendar, and store tiering logic. Drive go-to-market and seasonal execution, elevate end-to-end customer experience through service models and VM excellence, and maintain field presence to coach district leadership. Oversee store lifecycle and investment/lease negotiations.
