Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct AI discovery and solutioning to match customer requirements with Celonis problem-solution fit.
  • •Build and code within the Celonis platform and prototype AI solutions for customer hackathons.
  • •Execute end-to-end proof-of-value projects, aligning solutions with customers’ AI strategies and ensuring adoption thresholds are reached.
  • •Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives to drive value realization and increase Celonis footprint.
  • •Contribute to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence by creating reusable collateral, best practices, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • •Excellent academic performance and 1-2 years of full-time work or extensive internship experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools/technologies.
  • •Fluency in English and Dutch, with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
