Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, including listening to needs and asking questions to guide customers to appropriate financial solutions.
  • •Follow policies and procedures to support risk accountability by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
  • •Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient office operations and keep balancing records aligned with policy.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and financial center procedures; handle consumer and business customer problems professionally and escalate as needed.
  • •During customer outreach, identify needs and refer customers to bankers and business partners using retail products/services and appropriate tools for tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •Extensive cash handling experience.
  • •Comfortably and confidently interact with the public and adhere to dress code guidelines.
  • •Ability to learn and follow retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
