Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform final testing and commissioning of complex audio-visual systems during and after build, providing documented results.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints; review project Scope of Work (SOW) for quality and completeness.
  • •Test point-to-point functionality, test integrated systems, and troubleshoot AMX/Crestron and DSP systems.
  • •Install and manage control programs (AMX/Crestron) with upload/download capability; write and adjust DSP code and make minor programming changes under direction.
  • •Configure IP addressable devices for network communication, provide client training, complete job documentation and punchlists, and act as a customer liaison in the Project Manager’s absence.

  • •Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with the ability to climb and work at heights up to 35 feet and lift equipment/tools/materials.
  • •Proficiency with test and calibration equipment, including support for user acceptance testing.
  • •Ability to diagnose complex system problems and support final troubleshooting for audio-visual systems.
  • •Minor programming capability with AMX/Crestron, including changes and troubleshooting; writing code for DSP systems.
  • •Strong professional communication and proven business writing skills for documenting results and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
