Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop’s US campaign team by helping plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for major brands. •Analyze campaign performance (including order and GMV targets) and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a communication/marketing/e-commerce-related major.
•Be a full-time intern who can work more than 4 months (5 days a week).
•Familiarity with the latest trends and social media influencers.
•Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with strong ability to manage expectations and collaborate under tight time constraints.
•Independent, self-motivated, and open to taking on new or ambiguous projects.
