Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AI reference architecture: patterns and standards for orchestrations, tool use, capability boundaries, memory/state, retrieval, evaluation, and observability.
  • •Architect and build the internal AI platform: model access/routing, agent runtimes, evaluation harnesses, and durable orchestration for long-running workflows.
  • •Design the tool/capability layer using standards like the Model Context Protocol, with schema-defined tools and evaluation gates for reuse.
  • •Design safe agent integrations with enterprise systems of record using identity, authorization, and integration patterns that preserve native permissions.
  • •Set governance and safety standards (capability boundaries, human-in-the-loop for consequential actions, audit trails, and lifecycle management) and establish architectural decision frameworks (RFCs/ADRs).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a software, solution, or enterprise architect, including owning architecture across more than a single project or team.
  • •Recent production experience building LLM and agentic systems, including orchestration, retrieval/vector stores, and evaluation-first LLMOps.
  • •Strong production engineering fundamentals in at least one language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java) and cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes, serverless, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Experience architecting and integrating with enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, Greenhouse, or ServiceNow, including permissions and extensibility limits.
  • •Deep understanding of agent identity and security judgment, including audit trails, prompt-injection defense, scoped secrets, and OWASP agentic AI risk awareness.
