Recruiting and Workplace Experience Coordinator

Own recruiting support and workplace experience for a People team building Opal’s in-person culture. Source and manage candidates from first message through onsite, partner with hiring managers, and continuously improve the hiring experience. Run office experience and plan team events, coordinate onsite logistics, and support onboarding and People Ops tasks (including benefits questions, HRIS updates, and policy docs).
