Job Summary

Support and maintain company network infrastructure as an entry-level subject matter expert. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; monitor performance, availability, and security; and troubleshoot connectivity and incident issues to minimize downtime. Assist with network upgrades, patching, and documentation, and collaborate with security and other IT teams to deliver reliable, secure networking while meeting SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
