Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing
  • •Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally
  • •Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management
  • •Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities
  • •Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree

  • •Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
  • •Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
