Key Responsibilities

•Own in-country financial reporting for Indonesia, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
•Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Indonesian market.
•Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (PSAK).
•Manage relationships with local banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies (OJK).
•Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and local treasury operations; implement internal controls and provide financial insights for business decisions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a finance manager or senior finance role.
•Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and OJK requirements.
•Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
•Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
•Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; qualified accountant (CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
