Own and drive the global financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables through cross-functional collaboration, workpaper review, and continuous process improvements. Partner across Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement on M&A integration and operating expense fluctuation analysis, while advancing automation and AI-assisted close workflows and participating in the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation.

•Drive accountability and ownership across the global close process to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting activities while mentoring and managing accounting staff.
•Review monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and accrual accounting analysis (including cloud).
•Support audits and SOX compliance over the financial statement close cycle.
•Advance automation and AI-assisted close workflows and participate in ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA (design, testing, and change management).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,700 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•CPA required.
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
•3+ years of public accounting experience plus 3+ years of industry experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
•Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and applying accounting rules across multiple processes, systems, and close areas.
•Experience driving accounting automation and AI adoption in accounting operations; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
