Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise mixed-use developments.
  • •Support cost analysis for structural works, façade systems, and interior finishes, and monitor costs against approved budgets.
  • •Assist in preparing tender documents and pricing schedules, and support tender processes with cost analyses.
  • •Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments; assist in reviewing progress claims and payment applications.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and track cash flow, highlighting cost risks to senior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •2–5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
  • •Exposure to construction or residential projects is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of high-rise residential or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
  • •Familiarity with Vietnam construction market and local contractors is preferred.
