Key Responsibilities

•Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise mixed-use developments.
•Support cost analysis for structural works, façade systems, and interior finishes, and monitor costs against approved budgets.
•Assist in preparing tender documents and pricing schedules, and support tender processes with cost analyses.
•Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments; assist in reviewing progress claims and payment applications.
•Prepare monthly cost reports and track cash flow, highlighting cost risks to senior team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
•2–5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
•Exposure to construction or residential projects is preferred.
•Knowledge of high-rise residential or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
•Familiarity with Vietnam construction market and local contractors is preferred.
