Job Summary

Develop and refine bid and cost pricing proposals for the Military Engines Program, supporting proposal preparation, fact-finding, negotiations, and pricing sweeps. Collaborate across Pratt & Whitney departments to identify customer requirements and gather, format, and disclose cost/pricing data for contract actions. Use SAP and ProPricer alongside pricing models, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and public law, and present pricing outputs to leadership and customers while improving proposal processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to proposal preparation, fact-finding, negotiations, and pricing sweeps for contract actions.
•Collaborate with departments to develop and refine proposals and identify customer-specific content and format requirements.
•Gather, format, and disclose cost and pricing data, using pricing systems and models integrating data from multiple systems.
•Ensure proposals comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Public Law.
•Develop pricing strategies, deliver presentations to leadership and customers, and support cross-functional process improvements for the proposal process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of applicable experience, or an advanced degree in accounting or finance with 3+ years of experience.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and/or TINA for bid/cost proposals.
•U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
•Experience with Proposals and Pricing, Engineering BOMs, Finance, or Supply Chain (preferred: 2–3 years).
