Senior Professional Nurse - Paediatric Critical Care

Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe, high-quality paediatric critical care by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care and manage the client experience. Oversee optimal staffing supply, retention, and utilisation, and build staff competence through assessment and development. Assist with operational expense management, including stock and capital, while serving as a mentor to new and student nurses in the unit.
