Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Root-cause investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational workflows including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and execute operations-focused directives and projects
  • •Support a safe, efficient store through strong stockroom standards and dynamic floor coverage to fulfill business, team, and guest needs
