Job Summary

Lead and influence the sales team to achieve agreed sales goals and grow market share within a defined region in Egypt. Manage day-to-day regional operations across profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets, while developing business opportunities through new customers and sales initiatives. Own sales planning, KPIs, market intelligence, and forecasting, and supervise field-force sizing, deployment, recruitment, and team performance.

•Create and execute sales force business plans, actively monitor KPIs, and ensure field-force effectiveness.
•Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and analyze sales statistics/reports to develop action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related science.
•Strong people-management, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to manage sales force planning, performance, and effectiveness using KPIs.
•Effective forecasting and analysis of sales statistics and reports to drive growth.
•Recruitment and staffing skills to develop and manage the sales team.
