Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
  • •At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • •Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to walk 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs.
