Job Summary

Lead floor associates in the packing, picking, replenishment, and shipping operation at the Ontario West Coast DC. Drive day-to-day performance, mentor teammates, enforce safety and SOPs, and ensure timely, accurate customer order fulfillment while meeting productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead floor associates in the processing and performance of day-to-day work activities across operation areas (Packing, Picking, Replenishment & Shipping).
•Be visible and vocal within departments, filling in for absent associates and delegating responsibilities accordingly.
•Provide ongoing coaching and training to associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
•Ensure timely completion and service of customer orders by supporting the management team and maintaining productivity goals.
•Monitor and optimize workflow, check scripts for the department, make necessary adjustments, and lead associates based on workflow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 24.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of related professional experience
•strong leadership and people-management skills
•excellent communication and coaching abilities
•ability to train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
•understanding of safety procedures and daily operating standards (SOPs)
